Seesaw Vs. Bloomz: PBIS Tools Comparison

by Nathan Resick, on Nov 10, 2022 5:30:00 PM

While Bloomz and Seesaw have integral features like progress tracking against standards and multimodal learning tools, Bloomz has incomparable PBIS features. The data analysis feature of Bloomz is more robust, and with Seesaw, you cannot create teams within a classroom. Also, unlike Bloomz, Seesaw doesn't allow teachers to Automate Feedback with Flags.

With Bloomz, the parent communication app, you can create different student teams or "houses" to compete for points. A little healthy, fun competition in the classroom can be a great way to meet your behavior goals! House teams create a motivating environment for the students to reach their academic and behavioral goals. Currently, there is no option to create groups of students within a class in Seesaw.

Bloomz gives school admins the ability to analyze behavior data across various dimensions. You can sort data trends by classes, staff and students, interactions, and location. (All the finished reports can be downloaded in a CSV file for further analysis.)
