Collect season fees and signed waivers without a spreadsheet.

Fees post to the family's account, waivers are signed on the phone, and the league sees who has done both.

Registration fees go through the same Bloomz payments that schools and cities use. Families pay in the app, can split a fee into installments, and sign the waiver before their child is on the roster. The league sees paid, unpaid and refunded in one report, and a sponsor can cover part of the cost.

A fee that lands where the family already looks

A registration fee becomes a charge on the family's account in the Bloomz app, the same place they see other school or program fees. Families pay by card or bank account. Free programs skip billing entirely.

Installments and discounts

A season fee can be split into installments, and a program can carry discounts such as a sibling rate. The plan and the discount are set on the program, and families see the schedule before they pay.

Waivers signed before the roster spot

Attach a waiver, medical release or code of conduct as a form, and registration does not complete until it is signed. Forms are signed on the phone with an e-signature, and the signed copy is kept with the registration.

See the whole season's money

Registration and financial reports show each program's registrations, what has been collected and what has been refunded, so the treasurer does not rebuild it from emails. Sponsor credit shows on the family's charge, so parents see what a sponsor covered.

Kit and uniform orders

Offer jerseys, shorts and socks with sizes and numbers when a family registers, or as a separate order. Orders are paid in the same app, and the league gets one list by size and team to send to the supplier.

What are the payment rates?

We build Bloomz for Sports Leagues to cost less than TeamSnap in total, processing included. League pricing is not published yet, so talk to us about founding leagues.

Can families pay in installments?

Yes, where the league sets up an installment plan on the program.

Can a child join a roster without a signed waiver?

Not if the division requires one. Registration completes after the form is signed.
