A coach with no league yet picks Coach a team, names the team, the sport, the division and the season, and gets a team space with a schedule and messages. Parents join with the team's join code or invite link and add their child. A coach starts with one team of their own.
Record each volunteer's check with its type, the date it cleared and when it expires, for registered volunteers and for walk-ins. A daily sweep tells the league's coordinators when a check is about to expire, and tells them again only after it is renewed.
Volunteers log hours, and a league can set a family hours quota and see each household's total against it. Sign-ups cover snack schedules, field set-up and other slots, so nobody passes a clipboard.
Record coaching licenses, safety training and referee certifications with their expiry dates, and see who is current before a game is assigned. Referees are assigned to games from the same list.
Yes. A coach creates one team with the Coach a team option. If you already run a league, your team can be created inside it instead.
The league's coordinating staff, not every adult in the league.

A short call about your divisions, your fields and the tools you use today, not a generic pitch.
