Payroll files, and children from your old app

Approved staff hours export as a file Gusto or QuickBooks Payroll imports. Bloomz does not run payroll. The self-serve import reads exports from Brightwheel, Procare, Lillio and Kangarootime, with a preview before anything saves. Both are rolling out.

Which accounting software does Bloomz connect to?

QuickBooks Online, for payments made through Bloomz Pay. Everything else exports as CSV.

Does Bloomz run payroll?

No. Approved staff hours export as a file Gusto or QuickBooks Payroll can import (rolling out). Your payroll provider pays staff.

Can we move over from another childcare app?

Yes. The self-serve import from Brightwheel, Procare, Lillio and Kangarootime exports is rolling out; until it reaches your account, our team helps with the import.

Can families add the center calendar to their phone?

Yes. The calendar syncs through iCal to the phone calendars families already use.
