Every check-in and check-out carries the time, the adult and a signature, so the sign-in sheet for any day is a print button. Immunization status for every child exports the same way.
Set the ratio table your state uses per age band; a room can be stricter than the center, never looser. Log every drill with its time and the rooms that took part, and see the next one due. Track first aid, background checks and training hours per staff member, with a reminder before anything lapses.
Your state's table, per room. Rolling out.
For centers that take Working Connections subsidy: enter your SSPS provider number once, then export every sign-in and sign-out over any date range with who signed and how (PIN, e-signature or staff entry), an audit of every correction, and a monthly report per child. Those are the records DCYF's electronic attendance checklist asks for. Bloomz is not yet on DCYF's approved-systems list; until it is, keep your current approved system for subsidy attendance.
Staff clock-ins become a timesheet per pay period. The director fixes a missed clock-out with a reason, approves each person, and exports approved hours in the format Gusto or QuickBooks Payroll imports. Bloomz does not run payroll; your payroll provider pays staff.
These are merged and reach centers with the next Bloomz release.
No software can. Bloomz keeps the records your licensor asks for in one place and reminds you before something lapses. Your state's rules decide what you need.
Not yet. The export DCYF's checklist asks for is rolling out; until Bloomz is on the approved list, Washington centers keep their current approved system for Working Connections attendance.
Yes. A room can be stricter than the center's table, never looser.
