The household, not just the resident who signed up

A city's unit is the address. Bloomz keeps a household record for each one, geocoded from the address with the free US Census geocoder and placed inside your neighborhood boundaries. A notice, a fee or a request attaches to the household, so it still makes sense when one resident moves out and another moves in. City groups say resident everywhere the roster and filters appear.
