Slick Sites for Cities: one control panel for the website and the alerts.

No second login for a separate website vendor.

Your city website runs on the same engine as the rest of Bloomz, so a meeting agenda, a boil-water notice or a new permit form is published to the site and pushed as an alert from the same place. City Answers can sit on the homepage and answer the questions residents type into the search box before they call the office.

01

One control panel, not a website vendor and a notification vendor

Staff publish a page, an agenda or a document once, from the dashboard they use to send alerts. There is nothing to export from one system and paste into another, and no second login for a separate CMS.

✓
One dashboard for site and alerts: publish once, not twice
✓
Ready-made, accessible designs: launch without a design project
✓
Accessibility checker: check any page against WCAG 2.1 AA
✓
Mobile first: built for the phone residents actually use
02

Meetings, documents and a neighborhood lookup

When meetings on the website are switched on, agendas, packets and minutes appear in an organized listing. A Find my neighborhood box lets a visitor type an address and see which neighborhood it is in; it stores nothing and returns only the neighborhood name.

✓
Meetings and documents: agendas, packets and minutes, organized and searchable
✓
Find my neighborhood: an address lookup that stores nothing
✓
City Answers on the homepage: questions answered before the office opens
✓

City Answers sits on the homepage and answers from your own pages.
Residents type a question into the site and get an answer with a citation from your content, in their language. It only uses what you publish, and unanswered questions go to staff.
Questions we hear

Common questions

Is the website a separate product to buy?

It is an optional module on the same platform. See Cities Pricing for ranges.

Can we check accessibility?

Yes. A built-in checker runs against WCAG 2.1 AA on any page.

Does City Answers use content from outside our site?

No. It answers from the pages, documents and drives you connect, and cites them.
